Red 48:2 Pigment

Red 48:2 pigment is an organic pigment with a warm red hue and strong tinting strength, widely used in polymer industries and powder coatings. This pigment is highly suitable for manufacturing PVC products, polyolefins, and fibers, and due to its excellent dispersibility and high compatibility with polymer systems, it provides uniform performance and acceptable stability. Red 48:2 pigment, with a pH between 7.5 and 8.5 and an oil absorption of 45–55%, shows good resistance under harsh processing conditions. It has a heat resistance of up to 260 °C and maintains adequate stability against water, light, and both alkaline and acidic environments in the range of 4–6; therefore, it is an ideal choice for industrial applications, fibers, and powder coatings.
